The Hosico toolroom is equipped with the latest technology and manufacture quality tools and fixtures for injection moulding and related plastics materials processing, aluminum diecasting and all general engineering requirements, Supported by the latest in CAD/CAM facilities, the Hosico toolroom can handle any tooling requirement up to 5 tonne competitively and without fuss.
We offer full project management, turn key services for both injection moulding and die-casting as we have injection moulding and die cast facilities in house along with the necessary expertise.
Hosico Engineering can process information supplied in most formats such as Parasolid, IGES, STEP, DXF, DWG. We currently hold software licensing to Unigraphics NX3, Mastercam, Pro-Engineer, I-DEAS, Machining strategist, and CADKEY.
